operations of the brain, spine, and nerves. He holds four U.S. patents
in the emerging field of cancer gene therapy and specializes in
the removal of brain and spinal tumors.

Dr. Fick performs neurosurgery at Mount Nittany Medical Center,
and has been appointed Associate Professor in the Department of
Neurosurgery at Penn State’s Milton S. Hershey Medical Center
College of Medicine.
Family:
Dr. Fick is married to Donna Fick, Ph.D., an Associate Professor
in the School of Nursing at Penn State University. They live in
Boalsburg and have 3 children: William, Carl, and Mary.
Interests:
Dr. Fick is an avid trout fisherman.
