CMSA Medical Laboratory is an independent licensed laboratory offering:

• Chemistry
• Hematology
• Immunohematology
• Serology/Immunology
• Microbiology
• Specimen referral services

No appointment is necessary except for drug screen chain-of-custody collections, semen analysis, and selected collection procedures. When your physician orders laboratory testing, you have the right to choose the laboratory where the testing will be performed unless specified by your insurance plan.
