Highmark Patients in our State College office. Your insurance plan may require a higher copayment when you see a specialist. If you have been seeing one of our specialists for primary care, you may continue to do so, or you may request reassignment to one of our primary care physicians (Nnebe, Pasquariello, Pro, and Raquet) to avoid the higher copay.
